1.⁠ ⁠Press the button on the Sphere Adjustable Toggle, and while holding it down, insert the stick into the opening. Make sure the stick is aligned with the opening, not caught on the spring mechanism.

2.⁠ ⁠Adjust the chain to your desired length.

3.⁠ ⁠The entire toggle can move along both chains whilst pressing the button, allowing you to create symmetry for your necklace or bracelet.
