Do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment. However, we will try to accommodate walk-ins if possible. Book your appointment online or visit us in-store for more information. Our Welding Station is available at our Paola Outlet.
How much does it cost?
The cost of your permanent jewellery depends on the chain you select and its length (to the nearest centimeter). Each chain is priced individually. All chains are 18k solid gold and include a Carisma Logo Charm.

Can two people get a permanent Jewellery piece in one appointment?
Yes, please select the quantity based on the number of people requiring a permanent bracelet to ensure enough time for each person's bespoke fitting.
Are there any age restrictions?
Customers under 16 must bring a parent or guardian to their appointment. We do not offer permanent jewellery to anyone under 10 years of age for safety reasons.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! A small leather pad is placed against the skin for extra safety, but even if the machine came into contact with the skin, it wouldn’t hurt.
Can I refund or exchange my permanent jewellery?
As permanent jewellery is bespoke and personally tailored, it is not included in our usual returns and exchanges policy.
Can I have my permanent jewellery re-welded if I need to remove it for a medical scan or other reason?
Our fine quality solid gold usually does not need to be removed for medical scans (e.g., MRI). If removal is necessary, cut the jump ring with a strong pair of scissors, keep your chain, and visit us in-store to have it rewelded.

Can I gift a welding experience?
Yes. Our gift cards are perfect for gifting a welding experience. You can purchase them on our website or in-store, and they can be used to pay for the permanent Jewellery experience.
Can I purchase permanent Jewellery online and bring it in-store to be welded?
Due to the bespoke nature of this service, you can only purchase your bracelet in-store.
Is the permanent jewellery covered by your 1 Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service?
Yes. If you need to cut the bracelet or if the chain breaks, we will weld it again at no extra cost within the first year. After one year, there is a charge of €20 for a jump ring and logo or €10 for a jump ring only. If you provide the jump ring, the welding will be done at no extra cost.

If the bracelet is lost after two weeks from the date it was welded, we cannot take responsibility, as any welding issues would become evident within the first 2 days. Please ensure proper care is taken with your permanent bracelet.
