What Are We Seeking?

We require a talented and collaborative team member who, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, will contribute to building and enhancing Carisma’s visual brand identity. This role entails critical tasks essential for delivering high-quality graphic design, ensuring that our brand remains visually compelling and consistent across all platforms.  

Your Role and Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Designing creative content for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, and stories).  

•⁠ ⁠Creating graphic designs for packaging, promotional materials, and shop boards.  

•⁠ ⁠Coordinating and styling product photoshoots for jewellery collections.  

•⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging campaigns.  

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring that all visual content aligns with Carisma’s brand guidelines.  

•⁠ ⁠Editing and retouching images for online and print use.  

•⁠ ⁠Developing marketing assets, including newsletters, banners, and event materials.  

•⁠ ⁠Staying updated on the latest design trends and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.  

•⁠ ⁠Managing multiple design projects with tight deadlines.  

•⁠ ⁠Providing creative input and suggestions for improving brand visuals.  

What Qualifications Do You Need?

•⁠ ⁠A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.  

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).  

•⁠ ⁠Experience in social media content creation and visual storytelling.  

Preferred Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Photo editing skills.  

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.  

•⁠ ⁠Excellent time management and organizational skills.
