What are We Seeking?

We require a hard-working, collaborative team member who, under the guidance of the Order & Fulfilment Distribution Manager, will contribute to meeting the requirements related to the department. This role entails critical tasks vital for upholding the centre's standards and ensuring all online orders are prepared and packed accurately and dispatched within our time-frame commitments.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Having a thorough knowledge on Products, collections and services provided by Carisma Collections.
• Ensuring all online orders are prepared and packed accurately and dispatched within our time-frame commitments.
• Work and liaise with the Order & Fulfilment Distribution Manager to ensure the department is fully-stocked with packing supplies, and operating at peak efficiency.
• Involvement in stock control and management.
• Responding and assisting customer inquiries.
• Receiving and organising stock deliveries, as well as stock transfers between different departments/outlets.
• Monitoring product quality, ensuring that customers receiving orders are up to Carisma Collections' standards.
• Reporting any product/system issues to the manager.
• Maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
• Adhering to brand and department guidelines.
• Ensuring department security, monitoring for theft or fraudulent activity.
• Staying updated on promotions accordingly.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by the Order & Fulfilment Distribution Manager.

What Qualifications Do You Need?

• Past experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both Maltese and English languages.
