Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in packing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and assisting with day-to-day operations that keep our customer experience seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack and fulfil customer orders
• Respond to customer queries via email or messaging platforms
• Operate basic computer systems for shipping and manifest purposes
• Assist with the use of laser and CNC engraving machines (no prior experience required – training will be provided)
