1. What is the material used for your jewellery?
The material used for our jewellery is 316L Stainless Steel with 18k Gold Plating. Hypoallergenic.
2. Where is your shop located?
We are currently only selling online. You can either place an order on our website or if you require any help placing your order you can either call us on 99534743 or send us a message on our social media platforms (Facebook, instagram & live chat).
3. Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver via our courier. The delivery duration is one to two business days. You can also specify a date when you want your order to be delivered in the notes section during checkout. The courier calls before delivering your order, and if you're not available at that time you can arrange a date and time when it's convenient for you.
4. From where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from our office. Our address is Mistral Flats, Triq Il-Kannizzata, Balzan (Right round the corner from Antonio's Barber Shop and Costa Cafe').
5. What is your refund/exchange policy?
Once you receive your goods, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee! The refund policy only applies to the individual purchasing the item/s. If you do not love your items, you may exchange them with another product within 15 days from the date of receipt as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. Please note that this does not apply to earring sets due to hygienic purposes.
